Teresa's family lovingly remember her on this her First Anniversary.  Our thanks to all who attended the Funeral Services, to those who sent  mass cards, letters of sympathy, left condolence messages on RIP.ie, donations to Marymount Hospice and The Parkinson's Association of Ireland.  Many thanks to Father John Denver for his beautiful mass,  to Jean Elliot for her music and to Jerh O'Connor Funeral homes, in particular Brian Jnr. for their courtesy and professionalism.

Thanks to Teresa's doctors and her carers who looked after her so well in the past years,  and to Marymount Homecare team, for their care, kindness and compassion shown to Teresa in her final days.  A special thank you to Blackrock National Hurling club for the supply of the club flag which our mother would have been so proud to have placed on her coffin, and to Daisychain florists Kinsale for their most beautiful floral sprays.

 As it would be impossible to thank everyone,  please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our heartfelt gratitude. The Holy Sacrifice of the mass has been offered for your intention.
