Teresa's husband Tommy and daughters Margaret and Geraldine would like to express their heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to all who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement.

To those who called to the house, sent mass cards, letters, online messages of sympathy and attended the funeral we thank you sincerely.

A special thank you to those who travelled long distances to attend. To our friends and neighbours, we are so grateful for your support and kindness.

Thanks to Canon McKinlay who visited Teresa during her illness and provided her with support and spiritual guidance and to Deacon Mark Lenaghan who celebrated the funeral service beautifully and to all those who assisted in the funeral service.

Sincere thanks to Dr. McCartan, all the staff at Donard Group Practice and the local District Nursing Team.

The care you provided to Teresa over the years has been second to none and we will be forever grateful. To the staff at the City, Ulster and Downe Hospital's who looked after Teresa with such compassion and dignity, your care and support was exceptional and has been a great source of comfort for our family.

We wish to thank Cunningham Bros Funeral Directors for their guidance and the professional and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.

Thanks to Finbarr Keaveney for the beautiful music at the funeral and to Felix and Veronica Blaney for providing catering afterwards. Thank you to The Kilmegan Parish for the use of Aughlisnafin Community Hall and to Ann Marie for her assistance.

It is impossible to thank everyone individually but we hope this acknowledgement expresses our sincere thanks and gratitude to you all.

Teresa's Month's Mind Mass will take place on Saturday 17th August 2024 at 5pm in St Malachy's Church Castlewellan.

Teresa is forever loved and sadly missed.

May her gentle soul be granted eternal rest.
