First Anniversary

In loving memory of Pius whose First Anniversary occurs on 13th April 2025.

Deeply loved, sadly missed and always remembered by his sister Eileen Browne, nieces Maureen and Sylvia, nephew Martin, his grand- nieces and grand-nephew Sorcha, Alana and Séan,  Maureen's husband Willie, Sylvia's husband John and Martin's partner Rebecca. 

God saw you were getting tired,
When a cure was not to be,
He closed His arms around you,
And whispered "Come to Me".

In tears we watched you sinking,
We watched you fade away;
And though our hearts were breaking,
We knew you could not stay.

A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard working hands at rest,
It broke our hearts to see you go,
God only takes the best.
