 Tina Quinn
(née Cronin)

Killymooney Drive, Cavan Town, Cavan

The family of the late Tina Quinn would like to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised with us on our recent sad and sudden loss of our dear mother, grandma, sister, sister-in-law and aunt. A special word of thanks to her kind and generous neighbours and friends who called to her home, helped out at providing food on the evening of her passing and throughout those difficult days. Thank you to the doctors, nurses and Emer of Beaumont Hospital, where Tina spent three months without visits due to Covid-19. Also, the doctors, nurses and staff who looked after Tina in Cavan General, to Veale’s Pharmacy, the Palliative Care Team, Community Primary Care Team and her kind neighbour Margaret who were there for her in her short time at home. We express our thanks to Fr. Tom Small for visiting her home and for the beautiful Funeral Mass, to Fr. Kevin Fay for his presence at the Altar, to Teresa for her lovely singing which added to the Funeral Ceremony and to the Sacristan. A sincere thank you to Declan Finnegan and his staff at Lakelands Funeral Directors for their professionalism and the dignified manner in which they carried out Tina’s funeral arrangements. Our heartfelt appreciation to those who posted messages on RIP.ie, sent Mass cards and sympathy cards, phoned, sent floral tributes, those who came to pay their respects in the Funeral Home, provided the Guard of Honour and those who lined the route in Killygarry. A special thank you to those who we missed on route to the Cathedral. It is impossible to thank everyone individually, so please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation. The Holy Sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for all your intentions.

Martina’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on 2nd July at 8pm in Cavan Cathedral.
