T.J.’s wife and family deeply appreciate all the expressions of kindness and support received in their recent sad loss.

 

We wish to thank all those in the medical profession who guided T.J. in his illness, particularly those in the Galway Clinic, Oak Ward, Waterford, Castle Gardens Medical Practice, the Palliative Care unit, public health nurses, and White’s pharmacy and to many others whom we haven’t mentioned by name.

 

To all those who supported T.J. in prayer, thank you.

 

We would like to express our appreciation to Fr. Dan Bollard who led a personal celebration of T.J.’s life.  Also David and Patricia Harper who played the worship songs that T.J. so loved.  Thanks also to Robbie, Kieran and Jack White for their lovely rendition of “Heart of Gold”. To his work colleagues from Brett Brothers, who formed a touching guard of honour.

To extended family, friends and neighbours who took care to see that everything ran smoothly.  To Johnston Funeral Directors for their care and professionalism through it all.

 

T.J. loved people and really appreciated when others took the time for conversation (whatever the subject), preferably over a pot of tea.  To all of you we thank you, that was such an important part of his life.

 

To everyone, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our deep appreciation.  Your contribution, in whatever form, helped us through a very difficult time.

 

A Mass for T.J.'s First Anniversary will take place on Sunday 14th July in St. Joseph’s Church, Foulkstown at 10:30 am.
