Tom's wife Caroline and daughters Natalie and Kally wish to express our sincere thank you to everyone for their love and support since Tom's unexpected passing on the 5th of March. Thank you to all that attended Tom's Wake and Funeral; who travelled from near and far and sent Mass cards and texts
A special thank you to all the carers, nurses, Dr. Sinéad Sheehan and all staff in Clover Meadow at st Colman's Hospital, Rathdrum, the tender loving care you gave Tom did not go unnoticed. 
Thank you to Bentley Doctor Surgery and John Quinn Pharmacy for all care given to Tom over the years.

Thank you to the paramedics, nurses and doctors of st. Vincent's hospital for the kind care and support in Tom's final hours.
