As we lovingly remember Tracey on her first anniversary, her partner Willie, daughter Sophie, son William, parents Tom and Mary, sister Sinéad, brothers Thomas and James, James’ fiancée Lorraine, nephew Liam, aunts, uncles and cousins wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us on our most heart-breaking loss.

Thank you to all of Tracey’s friends and neighbours for all the amazing support we received and to all who sent mass cards and floral tributes.

To all the staff in the I.C.U., Cork University Hospital, in particular Joanne Hickey, and a special word of thanks to Professor Deirdre Murray whose invaluable help and support to us and Tracey’s children will never be forgotten.  Thanks to Fr Ben Hodnett, Togher Church and all the staff in Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Turners Cross for their help and guidance in organising Tracey’s funeral services.
