I the husband of Veronica Prendergast of Kimmage, Dublin and formerly of Glasnevin, Dublin, who died on 3rd September 2023, would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with myself at my time of great loss. 

A special word of thanks to Veronica's sisters and brother and their families. 

I offer my heartfelt thanks to family, friends, neighbours, Veronica's work colleagues and well-wishers who attended the removal, service, and cremation and those who provided emotional and practical support to me at that difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent cards and messages of condolences, I am truly grateful. 

For those who gave their time so generously to make the funeral service a celebration of Veronica's life, I am forever grateful. 

To the funeral directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements I am also very grateful. 

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of my deepest gratitude.
