The family of the late Vincent Bourke of Ballybofey, Co. Donegal and formally of Straide, Co. Mayo who died on the 22nd of August 2024 would like to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them on their loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to the many friends, neighbours and well-wishers who attended the wake, service and burial and who provided emotional and practical support for us at this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent floral tributes, cards and messages of condolences, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to An Garda Síochána and retired members of An Garda Síochána for their guard of honour and to Gerard McCool & Son Funeral Directors for their sensitive and professional handling of arrangements.

The Months Mind Mass for Vincent will be held on Saturday the 21st of September at 6pm in St. Mary's Immaculate Church in Stranorlar.
