Billy’s family would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who sympathised with us and supported us following our recent sad loss.

Thank you to all of Billy’s friends and neighbours and to all those who travelled near and far for his funeral, sent cards and kind messages of support. We would also like to thank all who visited Billy during his illness.

We would like to thank the staff of Portumna Retirement Village and Fr. Micheal Byrne, UCH Galway, St. Lukes Dublin, and the palliative care team, who took such great care of Billy.

We sincerely thank Fr. Pat Conroy and mass servers for a lovely mass and burial, Mary Lyons for her lovely music and James for the beautiful singing at Billy’s graveside.

We would like to sincerely thank Tom Tuohy Funeral Director for his kindness during the funeral. A special thank you to the gravediggers for preparing Billy’s final resting place so beautifully.

Thank you to Con’s and Walsh’s for the wonderful food and hospitality.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our heartfelt appreciation. The Holy sacrifice of the Mass will be offered for your intention.
