The family of the late Ziva Lily Sheehy Cussen would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation to all who sympathised with us on our recent bereavement.

 

Thank you to everyone who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass cards, letters of sympathy and kindly made donations to two charities for which Ziva was deeply grateful for, Oscar Kids Ireland and the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre.

 

A special word of thanks to the nurses and doctors at St Vincent’s Private Hospital for their wonderful care and to Fr. Derek, whom Ziva came to know so fondly. As Ziva herself said, she would have loved to have been alive to witness such a beautiful Mass, to hear the fabulous D-Strings play her chosen music and to see the amazing guard of honour from all at Sacred Heart School.

 

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgment will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.

 

Ziva’s Month’s Mind Mass will be held on 15th February at 11am in St Mary’s Church, Drogheda
