The recent addition to Glenroyal's culinary offerings is the Arkle Bar and The Enclosure Restaurant, an homage to the legendary Irish bay gelding thoroughbred racehorse, Arkle. Arkle Bar, inspired by the 1920s, is an elegant space where guests can enjoy a sophisticated atmosphere and a culinary journey curated by Executive Head Chef Bernard McGuane.

The Enclosure, inside Arkle Bar, has a stylish decor inspired by the 1920s, featuring crystal chandeliers, oak finishes, and fancy velvet fabrics. The restaurant has a classy atmosphere, great for different events like cozy dates or family gatherings.

Executive Chef Bernard McGuane, celebrated for his Michelin-starred experience in London and Dublin, has curated menus that reflect his dedication to bold flavours from simple, high-quality ingredients. The culinary offerings include tempting bar menus in Arkle Bar and restaurant menus in The Enclosure, available daily from 5-9 pm.
