FARRELLY Jonathan (Jake) (Lucan, Co. Dublin) March 17th 2017. Beloved husband of Annika and a devoted father of Ronan and Kala. Sadly missed by his loving family, mother Beryl, father Michael, brothers Michael, Wayne, Darrell and Russell, sisters Diane, Yvonne and Wendy, mother-in-law Hanna, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Removal to St. Mary’s Church, Lucan on Wednesday morning (22 March), arriving for Requiem Mass at 10 o’c followed by burial in Esker Cemetery. House and Funeral Home strictly private. Family flowers only, please. Donations if desired to Make a wish Foundation.
