Annie Twohig

On Wednesday, February 7th,2024, peacefully at home in the presence of her loving family (in her 96th year), Annie, Beloved wife of the Late Timmie. Predeceased by her grandson Andrew and son-in-law Jack, sisters Mary and Julia and brother Jeremiah.

Beloved mother of Marian (O’Callaghan), John, Carmel (O’Meara), Anthony, Dominic, Anne (Cahill), James, Colette (Linehan), Martin, Francis, Breda (O’Riordan) and Michael. Dear sister of Nell (O’Donovan).

Sadly missed by her loving family, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Annie will repose in Crowley’s Funeral Home, Ballincollig on Friday, February 9th from 7 – 8 p.m for visitation. Requiem Mass on Saturday, February 10th at 11 a.m in St. James’ Church, Ballinora, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Mass will be live streamed and may be viewed at www.churchservices.tv/ballinora

The family would like to thank the doctors and carers who looked after Annie so well over the last number of years.
