Condren (née Jones) The Old Ship, Main Street, Arklow and formerly of Sleighduff, Co. Wicklow 10th November 2023, peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at St. Vincent’s University Hospital, Dublin, in her 94th year. Betty beloved wife of the late John and loving mother of Seán, Catherine, Elizabeth, Mary and Eddie, predeceased by her brothers Aiden, Pat & Eddie, sisters Kathleen (Malone) & Nan (Fanning). She will be sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, sister Maureen (Bushe) sons-in-law Brian and Malik, daughters-in-law Geraldine and Michelle, grandchildren Ailish, Emer, John, Rachel, Simon, David, Finton, Theodora, Orlaith, Éabha, great-grandchildren Alana, Isabelle, Elsie Elodie, Lucy, Ava, Nora and Molly, brother-in-law T.V., nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Betty will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home (Y14 PT80) on Sunday from 2pm, with removal on Sunday evening (12th November) at 5pm to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow, arriving for reception prayers at 5.30pm. Funeral Mass on Monday (13th November) at 10am, followed by burial in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery, Arklow.
