Christopher (Christy) King

The death has occurred of Christopher (Christy) King, Lehid, Ballyconneely, Co. Galway. 

Peacefully, in his 90th year, in the wonderful care of the staff at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital Clifden. Predeceased by his parents Val and Mary Ann, sisters Annie and Delia, brothers Mark, Stephen and Paddy (renowned Connemara Pony breeder). Sadly missed by his sister, Veronica (USA); nephew, Marty and his wife Karen (USA); niece, Winnie (USA); cousins, extended family, good neighbours and friends. 

May his gentle soul rest in peace.

Reposing at the Chapel of Rest, Ballyconneely, on Thursday, 14th July, from 5pm to 7pm followed by removal to the Church of the Holy Family. Funeral Mass on Friday, 15th July, at 11.30am followed by burial in Ballyconneely new cemetery.
