Ciss (Sarah) CARPENTER
(née Whitty)

Ciss (Sarah) Carpenter, (née Whitty), Carpenters, Barrack St, Carlow and formerly of Island, Craanford, Co Wexford, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family on September 14th, 2024, under the wonderful care of the nurses and staff at Hillview nursing home.

Predeceased by her loving husband Paddy, daughter Lee, son-in-law Dan, grandson Simon and brothers Peter, Paddy and Tom.

Much loved mother of Anne, Eleanor, Marie, Patrick , Nicky, Mogue and Marc and treasured grandmother of Shane, Molly, Finn, Anna, Una, Liam, Annik, Emily, Jane and Conor.

She will be sadly missed by her loving sons , daughters, grandchildren, sons-in-law Brian and Bernard, daughters-in-law Linda and Marguerita, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives and her many good friends .

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq, Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) on Monday, September 16th, from 4pm, concluding with Prayers at 7.30pm. Removal on Tuesday at 9.45am to The Cathedral of the Assumption Carlow, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow
