I was so saddened to hear the news today of Betty's passing. What a beautiful, kind and loving lady with such an infectious laugh, smiling eyes and heart of gold.
Betty and Robert always made me feel so welcome on my many visits to Carrickmacross, I will never forget their kindness and Betty's traybakes.
