Sympathies to Alice and family on your sad loss of Brendan.
Dear Deirdre, deepest sympathies to you and your family on Brendan's passing, may he rest in peace.
It was sometime in the late 1990's when I was working in Trinity Records, Dame Lane. Brendan came in one day to leave in some posters and CD's of Michael Hurley (RIP), whose Dublin gig he was promoting at the time. I only met Brendan on that one occasion, but the memory stayed with me. I was very sorry to have learned of his death when I saw it in the Irish Times, this morning. My sincere sympathies to all his family and friends and to others - who maybe like me - only got to meet him once!
So sorry to hear of the death of Brendan, one of life's true gentlemen. Our condolences to Alice and all the boys. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

I first met Brendan over 30 years ago, when he printed 3 annual booklets for the Dublin Traditional Music Festival.
Last year he produced and printed the 30th Anniversary annual report for Sunflower Recycling.
Brendan was always friendly, creative and helpful. He will be missed.

local resource. Ar dheis Dé go raibh ar a anam
Sending my sincere condolences to all of Brendan’s family and friends. I remember Brendan with great fondness during our years at Belvedere. His essays and art at school always stood out above everyone else. More recently I really enjoyed our chats in the people’s park on a Sunday morning. He always had time to chat and smile with everyone. May he rest in peace
Brendan, so glad i got the opportunity to know you and now call you a friend. One more Chevy quits the road... Looking forward to clinking glasses with you and our pal on the other side. I know your family is proud of you. I'll miss you and I will smile when I remember your kind knowing eyes. Peace brother - c ❤️
Brendan was my first cousin and was a few years older than me. I looked up to him and all of his siblings and including the late Bairbre. To us younger Brennan cousins, the Foremans exuded cool. Brendan was the hippest dude I knew, and he was kind, very intelligent and very engaging. All of my family, Martina, Kate, Jill, Ruth, Ruairi and their own partners...and our grandkids either held him in high esteem, or would/ will follow suit as they grow older. I'm thinking of Alice and the boys now as they have to deal with Brendan's untimely departure and I'm thinking of of Deirdre, Maeve, and Declan and I extend my, and our commiserations to all of them. Remembering a true artist in many genres...RIP Brendan . Mould Shattered. Pearse
My deepest condolences to Alice, the boys, Maeve, Deirdre and Declan, and to all the Foreman clan on your terrible loss. Brendan was my lifelong friend, and I shall forever miss his friendship, talent, gentle wit, kindness and empathy. Goodbye my friend.
I only had the pleasure of meeting Brendan once, on the day of his son Oliver’s wedding. But I will always remember him through one of the songs chosen to be played at the venue that he told me about. It stayed with me long after that day.
With my deepest condolences to the Foreman family.

Rest in peace Brendan. I'll dearly miss my sunday neighbour in people's park in Dun Laoghaire.
What a kind, gentle and talented man Brendan was. Responsible for so many of The Abbey Theatre's best and most memorable posters and show-graphics and more recently the friendly face of the Village Bookshop in Terenure where no book was too hard to source for you. Sending sincere heartfelt condolences to Alice and family on their tragic and shocking loss. RIP Brendan.
Deepest sympathies to Alice and the Foreman family on the loss of dear Brendan. I knew him well when we both worked at The Abbey. He was a kind and talented colleague who produced great art work for many Abbey posters. In recent years, his book stand was also a welcome fixture at the People's Park in Dun Laoghaire on Sundays. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace and may his memory be a blessing.
Very sorry to hear of Brendan's death.

Kieran McGrath (friend of Maeve, from TCD )
