Carmel had the wonderful soul of a poet and shared her talents with us in choir every Wednesday. She was kind and brought light and positivity to the room when she was in it. God bless her. She is missed greatly

It is with great sorrow that we hear of Carmel’s death and may we offer our condolences to all the family at this sad time.
We knew Carmel back to the badminton days at the Mazda Club, Moyle Pk College and indeed Noel was my (Anne) mixed partner for a while. Also at Aras Chronain where I met her nearly every Friday and her her lovely singing with the Local Vocals choir.
Carmel was such a wonderful person and we will miss her dearly.

So sorry to hear that Carmel has passed. What a lovely kind lady. I first met her in the late 88/89 at set dancing in colaiste chillian and Aras and she always had a warm welcome for everyone. Condolences to all her family.

I was saddened to hear yesterday of Carmel's untimely death. She was a lovely woman who always had a smile and would never pass you by.

She was always so helpful to my kids when they were preparing for the live crib at the Aras each December as they were growing up.. They have fond memories of Carmel.

Another good human being who was so friendly from Aras has gone. My condolences to her family circle.

So sad to hear the news but I was also so grateful to see Carmel at Freds afters. Seeing her and chatting was like a blanket around me from my childhood. She will be forever with me in those wonderful memories of Castlefreke and beyond. I watched the mass and it was so moving. See you all soon and most importantly, stay in touch. Brian x
