My sincere condolences to Mark, Denise and all of Kathleen’s family and friends.

Kathleen was one of a kind. A constant presence growing up. Kathleen wanted to know us, be there for our family and be part of our lives. Her warmth, stories, knowledge of our roots was next to none.

She was a fantastic sister to my Dad. He cherished Kathleen so dearly.

Since my Dads passing I cherished my chats with Kathleen even more. She was that little connection to his life with so many gorgeous stories.
Rest in peace Kathleen and thank you for being so fabulous ❤️

Ah Kathleen Brian and you would video chat with a cuppa .a few times a week .So hope all the Sunderland s are together .Thank you for being a nice aunt to our children .

My sincere condolences to Mark and Denise. I spent quite a bit of time over the years visiting with my aunt. I enjoyed her visits to our family in British Columbia. I loved how much she cared about my mom and dad, visiting them over the years. She treated my mom like a dear sister. I am grateful to have had her advice, comfort and support for these many years. I treasure the memories and wonderful times I had with her. She was more than an aunt to me. She was a friend, a mentor and in many ways my second mother. I will miss her dearly.

Myself and my brother Robert would like to pass on our sympathies to Mark on the death of our Great Aunt Kathleen. She stayed with us on holiday a few times and she was very good to us remembering our birthdays through the years.
