I met Colette when she held a toddler group at An Sanctóir way back in the late 90s early 2000s. She was calm, kind and encouraging. She became my neighbour a couple years ago and I'm sorry to hear of her passing. She was a positive light and amazingly strong and resilient in her long battle with ill health. Condolences to her family and friends. She will be missed. May she rest in Peace.

So sad to hear that Colette has passed. We took our twin grandchildren to her kindergarten in Two Rivers in Ballydehob every Fri morning when they were little. They were only talking about it last week. They loved her. May she rest in peace.

Very sad that Colette's full life has come to an untimely end. I knew her for a very long time, from when she was a pupil of mine in St.Patrick's, and afterwards, through many shared interests and significant milestones in our lives. Colette was always strong, committed and courageous, fearlessly supporting fairness and freedom of expression in all kinds of ways - as well as being warm, sensitive and good fun. My sincere sympathy to Deirdre and to Colette's sisters, as well as to all her extended family and friends.

And the song bird keeps singing… so very, very sad to hear of Colette’s passing. Many happy memories of her especially at camp around the fire. Her laugh was infectious. Deepest sympathy and love to all the family & ‘family’ ♥️
