Dan was always known to me growing up as ‘vevin’ a name that always stuck, Kathleen and vevin always a perfect pair, many a good night was shared in kinsellas with Ag and Pat nothing would get in the way of the dancing days, or likewise if there was a repair needed doing you could rely on the team of vevin and Pat.
Memories of Dan for me will always be a big gentleman with a heart of gold always wearing a jolly smile.
