Dolores, Elaine, Laura and Megan I was deeply sorry to hear today that Dan had passed on to what I am sure will be an eternal reward and an honoured place with the first tenors in the heavenly choir. He was such a lovely gentleman and a kind, good friend. I have so many happy memories of our time in CCMVC especially the special anniversary cruise in 2008 where my then young family were so honoured to share your table. It was always great to sing and chat with him. I often thought about him beautifully singing "Shenandoah" and "the first time ever i saw your face" with such great tone and feeling. I am sure thinking of his happy home and each of you. Dan will be very greatly missed but I hope you and all Dan's family and friends will find solace in the fact that he lived such a full, fun filled and loving life and that he was greatly loved.
