Esther, Joe, Brian, Claire, Grace and all the family.

Dave was the kindest and most supportive friend, not just to me, but also my family.
He was like a brother all through the 70's and 80's and I always felt welcomed into your home by you all.
Esther and Joe: You did a wonderful job raising him and turning out a fine, upstanding, gentle and humorous man with a free spirit.
I just wish I could have thanked him one more time, but as I could not do that, I am thanking you all for giving me such a wonderful, loyal friend who can never be replaced.
May he rest in everlasting peace.

Hard to believe but during the pandemic David,Grace and the staff in the Seanchai were a saviour to many around the West Waterford area as it was one of the few places we looked forward to travelling to for those lovely pizza's.

My deepest condolences to the Owens family. Just so sad to hear that Dave has passed away. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met, a kind hearted man who had a gift for bringing people together and making them laugh. We have so many happy memories of the Magdalena days in London and that is thanks to him.
