My deepest condolences to all that knew and loved David. I was immensely saddened to hear the news. He was always a man in good form whenever we crossed paths. I last bumped into him in town a couple of years back at a Therapy concert, enjoying himself to the max. Its a great last memory to have of him. Wishing strength to the family at this time.
