In 101st year! Tis no wonder with the way D C lived his life. Always fresh produce growing in his little garden. An absolute unassuming perfect gentleman. Forever smiling when I’d call. Rest easy D C. Heaven has gained a mighty soul.

A gentle and quiet man who was an integral part of the community during his long life....he was a familiar sight tending his garden and carrying out his daily tasks and there was an air of sadness in the area when news of his passing filtered through. - a quiet and unassuming man. Over the years my friend Nora and I regularly walked by his home and we would have a few words with him as he was always in his vegetable garden, which always thrived as he had a wealth of knowledge about gardening. We have missed him over the past few years since D. C. left Gneeveguilla. Light of Heaven to his gentle soul and may he now rest in eternal peace.
