He coached our hurling team here in Liscarroll for two years in the mid seventies and it was a privilege to play for and learn from Derry. He was Munster Hurling Officer at that time and was to the forefront of modern coaching methods. His contribution to the development of the game in many clubs was immence. You will be in our thoughts and prayers.
