I have very fond memories of Donal and a very special treasured memory of him and Aisling on their trip to NYC for the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade in 2022 where as only Donal could manage to get me the ticket for the Grandstand and a beautiful tie for the occasion.

Donal was a great man to keep in touch over the years since particularly when the Barrs footballers were going well. May Donal rest in peace.

I offer my condolences and deepest symathy to Aisling, Cormac, Niamh and the O'Sullivan siblings and extended family on the sad occasion of Donal's passing from this life. Donal's contribution to Cumann Lúthchleas Gael was immense and his legacy will remain steadfast into the future.
He was a gregarious and affable character who was full of energy and good humour. His passion for Beara and Cork football was palpable and always constructive. Unfortunately I was unable to attend the Funeral - please accept my apologies and deepest condolences at this time.

Rest in peace Donal. I met Donal a few times after being introduced by my in-laws. He was a very kind man, showing genuine interest when talking to you. We have lovely memories meeting himself and Aisling in Villamoura recently. Thinking of you Aisling, and your family.
