Shocked at your sad loss my memories of Tom go back to the fifties in Ramleh Park. Tom was always a kind decent person and will be remembered with fondness. We met about ten years ago and the great humour was still there.. God bless the family with such a loss of a wonderful husband and father. My prayers are with you all.

MY DEEPEST ON THE DEATH OF TOM YOUR DEAR BELOVED HUSBAND AND FATHER.
HE WAS A GREAT DOCTOR AND FRIEND TO MY LATE WIFE MAURA AND ME.
HE GAVE GREAT SERVICE TO THE PEOPLE OF CAVAN FOR MANY YEARS

He was a wonderful person and gave his all in caring for the sick. It was a privilege to have worked with him in the Louth County Hospital. May the Lord comfort you. Know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

My deepest sympathy to the Wife and family of Dr O'Callaghan. I attended him for six years as a patient and also knew him through my work with the Louth Hospital Support Group. A gentleman and wonderful doctor. R.I.P.

Just Devastated at the sad passing of Tom. Such a character that can never be replaced. A long time family friend that will be so sorely missed by us all and anyone who knew him. Our thoughts are with Ann, Gareth and Evelyn and of course all other members of the family at this difficult time. We will miss you. R.I.P.
