My sincere sympathy to his family and friends. Duncan was a kind man and a talented chef. I had the pleasure of working with Duncan in O'Meara's Bar and Restaurant Portumna and enjoyed the banter on many a night. He always said hello and had a friendly smile, Dominick Street will miss him.

Deeply saddened to hear of Duncan’s passing. I had the privilege of working with him years ago in O’Meara’s Portumna and will always remember his kindness and talent.
