Many happy memories of my cousin Eamonn. He was a great character who I loved meeting in Limerick & on my visits to Cork. My late mother Monica was his aunt. I was delighted that he & Madeline could come to a family reunion last year in Limerick where he enjoyed meeting all the cousins. It was great that we all met at a happy occasion. My sincere condolences to Madeline & all his family on his sad passing. May his gentle soul rest in eternal peace.

I played against Eamonn a couple of times when he was coming to the end of his playing career, always a challenge & was always very witty .. on / off the pitch- ‘come on port’ ! One nice man - RIP
