A heartbreaking day in Dublin yesterday , a day that should never have been. Wishing that your death will not have been in vain. I hope your fighting spirit will give courage to the other survivors of this life altering mistake that was made regarding their health.

To emmas 5 children, her dad, extended family. What a heartbreaking day in dublin today 10/10. A very sad goodbye that should never have to be. A beautiful young lady with 5 children who needed their mammy and 5he country let her down big time. Rip emma. U fought right to the end.
