I was so sorry to hear about Ena’s passing. I first came to know her through caring for Derek, and from the very beginning she was such a warm and positive presence. She always had a smile and a kind word, no matter what was going on.
I’ll always remember her parting words — “keep smiling.” It was so very her. She truly lived that message and shared it with everyone around her. Forever grateful to have known Ena.

Ena and Derek welcomed me into their home to stay a few nights during a time of grief many years ago. The first time I remember meeting Ena. Always welcoming, full of positivity and genuine.
