My heartfelt sympathies to Eugene's family on the passing of such a lovely gentleman. Eugene was a great friend of my dad, Joe Mullins and will be very sadly missed by my mom, Noeleen. I knew Eugene as a child growing up. I remember his kind, smiling face and every Christmas he gave my sister and I a card. How kind he was to remember us every Christmas that way x

We became acquainted with Eugene when he came to do some work on our new marital home. The relationship transitioned from one of business to personal. I jousted with him on many occasions on a wide range of topics and he loved it. He was of sharp intellect, roguish humour, but above all a wonderful friend. Rest easy Eugene and don't be too hard on St Peter.

We are so sad to hear of Eugene's, death, he was a true character and we will miss him. He loved a good story and always added extra for more value. He adored his children and told very proud stories of each grandchild. The cup of tea was essential to everything. RIP with fond memories.

My deepest condolences to all Eugene’s Family and Friends, but especially to Thea, Darcy, Leon and mum Michel, and to Lynn , Lilah & Max and Clare, I went to college with Michel and her admiration and fondness for Eugene was so obvious on a daily level, there was nothing he couldn’t do or fix.
A super hero of sorts, and then I met him at Michels Grad Show,, what a Gem And over the years I got to know Eugene better at the different family parties, Today your hearts are heavy .but the wonderful memories you have will help ease the pain in time.

Fond memories of the years 1993 to 1998 when we were next door neighbours while I was living in No.4. A true modern genius who could be under a sink with spanners one minute, then having a deep discussion on politics and the meaning of life the next; his wry sense of humour and the glint in the eye just adding to the debate! Fond memories of the lively chats over tea we had with Brendan. Rest in peace, Eugene.
