It was with great sadness that I have just learned of Fr Tony's passing .I would certainly have been at his funeral had I known in time, I wish to extend my sincere sympathy to Maeve , Paul and all the McDonald family ,He was a dear friend of my late husband George and visited him regularly during his long illness. He came to Norway to officiate at my son David's wedding to Christina and supported us as a family when George was seriously ill and unable to travel. I can never thank him enough for his support to us as a family during very difficult times. His sense of humour at the wedding won the hearts of the Norwegians. His enduring faith was an inspiration to us all .
May you rest in peace dear Tony
Sadly missed by Nicola, David , Christina John and Christina's parents .
