It was with great sadness I heard of the death of Frances Sheehan, and then learned her husband PJ Sheehan, had followed her a week later. I had the pleasure of knowing Frances and PJ for a number of years in Leinster House. Myself and Frances would have great chats, while PJ was in the Dail Chamber. I have great memories of both of them. My Sincere sadness to all the family on the deaths of your Mom and Dad Frances and PJ Sheehan two lovely people. May they both RIP

My heartfelt condolences on the loss of your parents. It truly is the end of an era. They were part of our lives for so many years. They were good times. I wonder how much of Frances' knitting is around the country as she dilligently drove Paddy from A to B... Waiting for him in the car! Paddy always had a smile and a kind word for whom ever he met. They are a great loss. I remember them fondly and I am thinking of you at this truly sad time. X
