Am saddened once more to see another of the Cosgrove men depart our lives. My memories go back beyond Frankie, to his Dad, that gentle soul, who in my boyhood was a treasured adult, later with David and our after school times in the lairage, while the younger boys Anthony and Frankie were ever present in Rosehill. My heartfelt condolences extend to Dorothy, my school friend Hilary and young Mareta. My memories of our golf endeavours with Frankie, .thankfully will continue to ease the pain we now have to endure.

Saddened to hear of the passing of Frankie.... remembering summer holidays from St Johns national school in the mid sixty's when we spent the days playing tennis in Melville Tennis club..... happy carefree days , Frankie was a great player,and a really lovely guy. My sincere condolences to you Maeve. Frankie was a very special gentleman. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him and none more so than his tennis pals. Frankie was particularly kind to my hunband Billy on their Thursday night mens tennis and Frankie and I played many a mixed game of tennis. He was always great fun. May he rest in peace.

Frankie was a gentleman, full of kindness and good humour. I was so moved that Frankie attended dad’s funeral in 2021 when he himself wasn’t in the best of health.
