I'm so sorry for your loss. Mrs Costello was a lovely woman and always looked after me and my friends in Costello's. I remember one night I had an upset stomach and Mrs Costello gave me a peppermint drink that helped right away. She always looked after her customers. She was a lady. R.I.P.

Deepest condolences to Flann and all the family. Everyone who ever went to legendary Costello's will have met Gretta. We remember her so fondly behind the bar upstairs. We are so sorry to hear of her passing. Costello's is enshrined in the hearts of thousands of Limerick people. I first went there for my sister's wedding reception upstairs. Then we spent many a weekend there for the music and banter and fantastic atmosphere that will never be equalled in Limerick again. We miss it dearly. Rest in Peace. God bless ye all.
