We had the pleasure in meeting Jacob a truly remarkable young boy during our Thursday evening visits to Crumlin Hospital. Jacob was a wonderful, fun ,charming and entertaining little chap and we spent many evenings singing laughing playing and chatting. You will remain in our hearts 💕 Jacob always.
