I was deeply saddened to hear of Jim’s passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

Jim played a pivotal role in my introduction to international work through the UNWTO, for which I am profoundly grateful. Later, we had the privilege of collaborating on the European Union project in Vietnam, where Jim’s dedication was instrumental in supporting the development of the Tourism Associations. His contributions left an indelible mark on all of us who had the honor to work with him.

Jim’s legacy of kindness, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to his work will continue to inspire those who knew him. My thoughts are with you and your family.
