Kate and John I was so sad to hear of James' passing, deepest sympathies. James was a very special person in so many ways, he was one of a kind. He was unique. James will be missed and remembered, by all those who knew and loved him. He is now with Lamy, who he loved and missed so much and for so long.

May we offer our deepest sympathy to James family. We were classmates in national school in Athlone, and both of us followed our different paths in life. We met in Galway city centre a few years ago and I recognised him . We had a couple of meetings since and enjoyed talking about the old days in the Batteries. He was a decent and gentle man . May he rest in peace.
