To Alex,Joe,Josephine,James ,our heartfelt condolences on the death of your Father Jimmy,We were heartbroken when we learned of the death of our dear friend of over 60 years No kinder or more generous person could you find Jimmy was always willing to go the extra mile and beyond to help Many a heartfelt laugh we had over the years and his door was always open and heartfelt welcome was what you received by Jimmy and Anne.
He was so proud of his family and delighted to share his joy at seeing them as they grew up reflecting his beautiful qualities of Love Kindness and empathy for and that was going through rough times.We look forward to the time when we meet again under the Kingdom of God Matt6:9,10 May all find comfort in the many joyful memories of Jimmy.
We are saddened we cannot be there in person as I am in UHL hospital but we are there in spirit and please accept our heartfelt sincere sorrow in losing a wonderful friend that we were priveledge to know Like ve Tommy & Mary

I have the fondest memories of Jim from my childhood, he was always so kind to everyone and had such a memorable laugh. He held such great sentiment for Anne. I remember walking into their sitting room and he had built an entire wall unit with lights under each shelf. It was magnificent. What an absolute talent who could put his hand to anything. He was a great friend to my dad and I just know he'll be back with Anne and Mary. RIP and condolences to all the McDermott's and extended. You may not get to spend all of your life with him but, be sure that you loved him until the end of his.
