Deepest condolences on the passing of your father. We have the fondest memories of both your parents and the whole family of great friendship and fun times from our years living in Deerpark.
Deepest condolences on the loss of your father and mother. They were lovely, warm and generous people. I met them in Porterstown park a few years ago and they were walking hand in hand, they had a real love story. We were delighted to catch up after all the years and reminisce about World Cup 1990. May they both rest in peace and watch down on you from above.

It is with great sadness that I have read today of the passing of your beloved Dad Jim.
My deepest , sincerest and heartfelt condolences to all of you at this very sad time.
Your Dad was a person for whom I always have had the greatest admiration and respect.
I was a GP for many years in Blanchardstown. He was an outstanding consultant radiologist in Connolly Hospital. At a time when long waiting lists became the order of the day, if I was worried about a patient for whom I needed an urgent radiological diagnosis ,all I had to do was phone Jim and he would always fulfil my request sooner than expected.
I remember how heartbroken he and your Mam Dorothy were when your cherished brother Karl passed away at so young an age. When I spoke with him afterwards he said " those things do not happen to doctors"
Sadly, they do. I had a lovely letter from him when my husband Alex died at a a relatively young age in 2005.
Your Dad was a life well lived. It was a privilege to have known him
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace, reunited with your Mam And Karl.

Our sincere condolences to the Toland family. Dr Jim Toland was a trailblazer in Neuroradiology at the Richmond and Beaumont Hospitals. A true gentleman, he carried his great expertise quietly. He will be remembered by generations of RCSI students and junior doctors for his great kindness and helpfulness. May he rest in peace.
