James William (Willie) Smyth

We remember with affection his caring friendship with our parents, Peter and Evelyn, particularly the nights out at Picasso's. His thoughtfulness and sense of fun were typical of him. He was a true gentleman who will be sadly missed.

I was so sad to hear of Willie's passing. He is a very dear friend I have known for very many decades. A kind and gentle soul who only had a good word to offer for fellow travellers.
