I had the pleasure of interviewing Jan in 2017 when he joined South Coast Logistics. From the outset, it was clear that Jan excelled in so many ways and was always a pleasure to deal with. He was universally respected and liked by everyone who worked with him.
Only two days before his untimely death, we happened to meet in the supermarket in Rathcormac, where we exchanged Christmas greetings little did we know it would be our final connection.
Jan will be sadly missed at South Coast Logistics, but I am sure he will continue to keep an eye on things from a higher place. May he rest in peace.
