So sad to hear this news. Lots of love to Louise & the Barry family at this difficult time, so soon after Chris too. Jan actually choreographed Oklahoma for Leixlip many years ago in the late 80s. My recall is of a very creative, hard working, impressive lady.

To Jim and those closest to Jan: I am so very sorry for the premature death of the force of nature that was our beloved Jan. I had known her nearly all my life and in some ways she was the sister I never had. Beautiful and strong in every way and such an inspiring person to be around. She lives on in so many ways and the beauty she created through her many and varied talents will continue to shine brightly. Love, light & blessings to you all and looking forward to sharing joyful memories on 16th April.

To Jim, Joanna, Jenny, Mark, Louise and the extended Barry family. I am heartfeltly sorry for the sudden loss of the wonderful Jan. I have so many very fond memories of Jan and my time with the Barry family. She thought me so much, even when I didn't realise it until later in my life. Her colloquialisms were one of a kind and always made me laugh. I was very fortunate to reconnect with her in 2020 and meet with herself and Jim after lock down.
She was heartbroken after Chris's passing and is now reunited with her beloved son. Fly high sweet Jan as heaven has gained a new angel.

We are devastated to hear of Jan´s passing.

Jan's kindness and generosity, and how she always cared for others, will never be forgotten. We will miss her smile and friendly voice from our conversations on the rooftop terraces of our neighbouring houses in Spain.
