Sincere condolences to Marie and Aidan, Jimmy's brother John and the extended Gallagher family. I recall meeting Jimmy in the 1960s when he lived in Kilcummin with his father John and brother John. Very nice man and family. He will be sadly missed. May he rest in peace.

A staple of our lives in Kilcummin, seeing Jimmy & his boat out in Killala Bay, or meeting him on the water while fishing in our first dingy 'patches'. Jimmy would come over and check that we were ok as we bobbed along, treasured memories of a lovely gentleman. May he Rest In Peace.
