I have only this minute learned from my brother Paul of the passing of Mrs Joan Hernon. I want to pass on my condolences to all of the Hernon boys on the death of their wonderful mother. I spent many hours, days and weeks at Joan Hernon's apron side as she cooked and baked for Tom and her boys. If not, you would find me in a shed with Hernon puppies. She was one of the kindest, most educating, warmest ladies I ever met. I loved Joan Hernon and am truly so, so sorry I didn't know sooner so I could attend her funeral. Her oven was always filled with beautiful bakes for her family, I can hope she was and is now surrounded by love and warmth as she passes to another place. May God bless a wonderful lady. R.i.P.
