Our condolences to the extended Gardiner family on the sad passing of Jack.
I had many golf games with Jack in Old Conna and he was wonderful company and a joy to listen to his many “yarns” as he referred to his stories whilst threading the fairways, oblivious to all others - just one great memory of a great person!
Our lives are poorer without Jack Gardiner - May he RIP.

We extend our deepest condolences to all Jack's family and especially his sister Anne and Donal Carey. Jack was a thorough gentleman and great company. May he rest in peace.
Jack was my Prof. in UCD. I was always very impressed by his ability to provide inspiring lecturers to us. He could talk on any subject for hours. He was also revered amongst his peers in UCD as possessing one of the best academic minds in the University. Jack's knowledge and enthusiasm will be sadly missed amongst his friends in the world of forestry.
